Mostra a New York dell’artista cassinate Lucio Salvatore

Il prossimo 13 ottobre l’artista cassinate Lucio Salvatore inaugura una nuova mostra a New York nella galleria di Mulberry Street 201. Sarà una rassegna della sua nuova produzione di opere originali su temi filosofici e artistici. Intanto un suo lavoro realizzato con sangue su plexiglass è stato venduto dalla famosa galleria d’arte Sotheby’s insieme a quello di altri grandi artisti per sostenere la New York Academy of Art fondata da Andy Warhol e presieduta da Eileen Guggenheim.

New York, NY – October 13 will be the first presentation of Lucio Salvatore 2009 Artworks. The artist will privately receive friends, collectors and curators as if he would be opening his studio doors for the first time after a season of production.
Salvatore chooses New York to start the series of presentations that will bring his works around Europe and South America.

The New York Academy of Art presents its Annual Art Auction Benefit, Take Home a Nude. The event will honor artist John Currin, and will feature cocktails, music, dinner, and both a silent and live auction at Sotheby’s New York of drawings, paintings, photographs, and sculptures by both emerging and leading contemporary artists, including Ross Bleckner, Eric Fischl, Jeff Koons, James Nares, Jenny Saville, Kenny Scharf and Lucio Salvatore.
